1. Service scope一、服务范围

XtooBox provides a personal China receiving address, warehouse receiving and storage, AI-assisted order intake from text and screenshots, consolidation and repack, international air and sea shipping, and optional services including photography, quality checks, returns, picking, sourcing and dropshipping. Service availability and pricing depend on origin, destination, lane, weight, dimensions, declared value and selected add-ons. Not all services are available in all lanes.XtooBox 提供专属中国收货地址、仓库收货与暂存、文字与截图智能下单、合箱与重新打包、国际空运与海运、以及增值服务（拍照、查验、协助退货、拣货、采购、一件代发等）。具体服务范围与价格取决于始发地、目的地、线路、重量、尺寸、申报价值与所选增值项；不同线路可提供的服务可能不同。

2. Your account二、账户与使用

You must provide accurate contact, address and parcel information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse the service, or are used for prohibited items. We may verify identity for high-value shipments or on regulatory request.您必须提供准确的联系方式、地址与包裹信息。您对账户下的所有活动及凭据安全负责。对提供虚假信息、滥用服务、或用于违禁物品的账户，我们可暂停或关闭。在高价值货物或监管要求的情况下，我们可对身份进行核验。

3. Prohibited and restricted items三、违禁与限运物品

You agree to our Prohibited Items list. We may, at our discretion, refuse, return, hold or dispose of items that violate carrier, customs or applicable law. Costs incurred may be charged to you. Items that require special documentation (batteries, liquids, powders, perishables, branded/regulated goods) must be declared at intake.您同意遵守我们的违禁物品清单。对违反承运商、海关或适用法律规定的物品，我们可拒收、退回、暂扣或处置，由此产生的费用由您承担。需要特殊申报的物品（电池、液体、粉末、易变质、品牌受控商品等）必须在入库时如实申报。

4. Quotes, fees and payment四、报价、费用与支付

Estimates from the shipping calculator are for planning only. A binding quote is generated at shipment creation and may change after warehouse re-weighing, re-measuring, lane change, address correction or carrier surcharge updates. We charge for storage after the included window, for returns, for repacking on request, and for any third-party fees we pay on your behalf. Payment is due before shipment release.运费计算器的预估仅供参考。最终报价在创建运单时生成，并可能因仓库复重、复测、线路变更、地址更正或承运商附加费调整而变化。超过免费存放期后的仓储费、协助退货、按需重新打包、以及由我们代付的第三方费用均由您承担。付款后方可安排出库。

5. Loss, damage and claims五、丢失、损坏与理赔

Every inbound parcel is photographed and weighed on arrival. Flag any visible issue within 48 hours of the arrival photo. For damage or loss, submit a claim with photos, packaging photos, order details and declared value within the window stated in our Shipping Policy. Compensation is limited to the declared value, the carrier’s published liability, or USD 100 per parcel, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.每件到仓包裹都会拍照称重。请在到仓照片发布后 48 小时内标记异常。损坏或丢失请按运输政策中规定的时间提交理赔，并提供照片、包装照片、订单信息和申报价值。赔付金额以申报价值、承运商公布责任上限或每件 USD 100 中的较低者为准（除非另行购买保险）。

6. Customs, duties and import rules六、清关、关税与进口规定

For U.S. destinations, most personal shipments valued under USD 800 enter duty-free under Section 321. We file the paperwork on your behalf; you are responsible for the accuracy of declared contents, value and HS codes. If customs requests additional documentation, delays and storage charges may apply. The importer of record is the U.S. consignee unless otherwise agreed in writing.发往美国的个人包裹，申报价值 USD 800 以下通常可依据 Section 321 免税入境。我们代为办理单证；您对申报品名、价值与 HS 编码的准确性负责。如海关要求补充材料，可能产生延误与仓储费用。除书面另行约定外，进口收货人为美国收件人。

7. Limitation of liability七、责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to a shipment is limited as set out in Section 5. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对单票货物的累计责任以第五条所述上限为限。我们不对间接、附带、特殊、衍生或惩罚性损害（包括利润损失、数据损失或业务中断）承担责任。本条款不排除适用法律不得排除的责任。

8. Governing law and disputes八、适用法律与争议解决

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where XtooBox Operations Pte. Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are first addressed through our support team at support@xtoobox.com. Unresolved disputes are submitted to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except where local law provides otherwise.本条款受 XtooBox Operations Pte. Ltd. 注册地法律管辖（不含冲突规范）。争议应先通过 support@xtoobox.com 与客服沟通解决；未能解决的，提交至该司法管辖地进行有约束力的仲裁，当地法律另有规定的除外。

9. Changes to these terms九、条款变更

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, carriers, customs rules or applicable law. Material changes are announced on the dashboard and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.为适应服务、承运商、海关或法律的变化，我们可能更新本条款。重大变更会在生效前至少 14 天通过云仓后台和邮件告知。生效日后继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
