What is a China package forwarding service?什么是中国集运/转运服务？
You receive a China warehouse address, send eligible purchases there, and then request international forwarding to your U.S. address.你会获得一个中国仓库收货地址，将符合条件的商品寄到仓库，再申请国际转运到美国地址。
Can I shop on Taobao, 1688 or JD?可以从淘宝、1688 或京东购物吗？

What is consolidation?什么是合箱？
Multiple eligible packages arriving at the warehouse can be combined into a shipment. Whether consolidation saves money depends on package dimensions, route and chargeable weight.多个符合条件的包裹到达仓库后，可以合并成一票国际包裹。是否节省费用取决于尺寸、线路和计费重量。
Do you inspect packages?你们会检查包裹吗？
The product workflow supports package receiving, photos, weighing and operational records. The exact inspection scope and any fees should be stated in the live service terms.系统支持收货、拍照、称重和包裹记录。具体检查范围及费用以正式服务条款为准。
How is shipping calculated?运费如何计算？
Rates can depend on destination, actual/volumetric weight, dimensions, route, contents and selected services. Use the calculator for an estimate and confirm the final quote before payment.运费可能取决于目的地、实际/体积重量、尺寸、线路、货物内容和所选服务。可使用计算器预估，并在支付前确认最终报价。
Can you ship batteries, liquids or restricted goods?电池、液体或限制物品可以运输吗？

How do I track my package?如何跟踪包裹？
Use the shipment number in the Track page. Production tracking should connect to your WMS and carrier event APIs.在 Track 页面输入国际运单号。正式系统将连接 WMS 和承运商物流节点。
What if there is a problem with my package?如果包裹出现问题怎么办？
Use the issue/support workflow. The final launch should publish claim windows, evidence requirements and resolution terms.使用问题件/客服流程提交。正式上线时应明确申诉时限、所需证据和处理规则。
